This was rejected previously due to not knowing what the claim was for, which I suppose is my bad, but it says on the Magic FAQ page that this form is required to be sent to trade in the MP for the sushi dog to have their magic power I guess?

Magic Power: Much like someone’s favorite comfort food, this sushi dog can enchant one object at a time to put someone at ease despite whatever may be going on around them as long as they have physical contact with it, even to the point that they could go to sleep in an unlikely scenario!
