Hello!
I weighed the pros and cons of this, but I think it being worth a whole additional premium potion makes this worth it. I bought a premium potion for the design changes of this Soosh on Feb 21, 2024, per my item logs (it was on the second page on my end if that helps you!), which from my understanding of the newsletter means it falls in the timeframe to be "reimbursed" and therefore appraised with the new values. I tagged the character on this claim for easy reference since I have used the potion. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist.
