just a gentle bump and a reminder that you've only got three more days to get your word count up to 250 words! i don't want you to miss out on this year! ( ◜‿◝ )
ugh im so sorry i havent been able to look into how these messages work on the site -_-;;; either way here is my story revised and just over 250 words (im not much a writed hah;;;;)
Although the person who created this dish is long gone i was able to snag the recipe to this comforting nostalgic dish, not to mention pack on a few pounds after eating it. This dish was created by my great grandma ingledue and my aunt Phyllis (also a Ingledue), when i was very small she would watch me all the time while my mom worked. I remember hanging out around her old house and watching old movies (like the long forgotten Leo the Lion, or the much loved Milo and Otis). Eating freezies (the long tube of flavored ice) to my hearts content it was a happy time in my childhood. She would make this chicken noodle soup (although the soup part is more like gravy) on top of a heaping pile of buttery mashed potatoes. It was made with lots of love and she would make it when i was down, or for my birthday, and holidays. And when she was gone my aunt phyllis was there too take up that mantle. Either version of them both were identical they both tasted just as good no matter who made them! I remember being excited when I was told that either of them would be making it when I went over, I miss them both dearly and make it from time to time when I want to remember them or wanna go back memory lane to much more simpler times. Although no matter what I do I can never get those darn egg noodles right!
