Sushi Dog Food: Pastel Marshmallows
Story of Food: Choosing a single food for my Soosh was a little bit difficult, let alone writing about one as I'm not a writer, however I narrowed it down to two of my favorite foods; ramen, and marshmallows. Originally, I was going to choose ramen, as it's my main food choice when it comes to meals, and I prepare it fairly normal, but also prepare the pot with butter before cooking the ramen, and I finds it adds a neat flavor to the noodles. My other choice was marshmallows, and ultimately, I chose that as my theme, mainly for the reason pastel colors are the easiest color palettes for me to work with, and the hues of them are rather comforting to me. I have a few fond memories with marshmallows also, one prominent one being when I was a child. My family and I went on a camping trip, and I remember we all gathered around a campfire to roast marshmallows and use them in s'mores, as one typically does, but this memory is just held dearly to me for some reason. Nowadays, marshmallows are still one of my favorite treats, be it in the form of mini marshmallows in cereal, or even Peeps marshmallows, I love pretty much every type of marshmallow there is to exist, and they're practically a comfort food for me at this point, and I'm not quite sure what I'd do if I couldn't eat marshmallows, so as a result, that is exactly why I chose marshmallows over ramen.
