Every 25 years, Culario joins together in celebrating the Celestials and their blessings given to all.
Every once in a while, The Great Soosh and the Celestials will bestow gifts to Culario for the respects paid.

There are great talks of many Sooshes developing features that belong to the Mythical Sooshes, and it is believed that these are gifts from the Celestials themselves as a great thanks for the excitement of the festivals in the previous years. 

The Wishing Fountain has been Appearing...

Those who have been dedicated to Whispering Wishes each day have proven their worth to the Celestials and are now able to visit The Wishing Fountain!

You'll need to craft a Starfall Lantern to access this shop. For now, things are unobtainable. Maybe we just need to prove our dedication further?

Take care of this mysterious treasure. The aura it eminates feels very akin to the magic power of the Celestials.

Magic Training has returned & Attuned (officially) revealed!

The 3-part Magic Training questline has returned!

The requirements have been completely adjusted to make it easier for members to participate. Evolve your art as your Soosh learns their power!
You'll be undertaking Intermediate, Advanced, and finally Expert level art to earn the Attuned trait for your Soosh.

When Sooshes have completed their magic training, they become Attuned with their magic capability and can use standard-level magic. This trait is necessary when trying to take on the Mythical Questline.

Magic Training Gallery added under Prompts

There is now a Magic Training sub-gallery on-site that is in the Prompts gallery. We cannot wait to see Sooshes undertake this training to learn how to control their own magic power!

What next?

We're almost there... it seems the celebrations have stirred Lumi, Bryn, Hanabi, and Purnima. There is talks of a grand quest that they may need help with. 

Will you prove your worth and convince them that you can take on these trials?

Magic Affinities Removed

One of the biggest confusions amongst members and mods alike was trying to define magic powers into these categories, and then also keeping track of their bonuses.

In the end, we felt it was best to completely remove these categories to make magic training approachable and easier to understand, and not have strict rules over what magic your Soosh is able to achieve. 

From now on, you'll be showing off that your Soosh is now Attuned to their power which means it is usable in prompts.

All former Magic Affinities traits will just be replaced by Attuned. Thank you!

New Prompt: Dibbles in Scribbles

More ways to earn Cookies! Woah!

This is now the partner prompt to Oodles of Doodles.
Oodles of Doodles is now only for personal art of owned Sooshes or NPCs.
Dibbles in Scribbles is now for gift art, so this is for art of Sooshes owned by other players.

They both have a once-a-week submission limit, but this now means you can submit to both prompts each week for more than double the amount of Cookies!

We felt this change was helpful as many members will make time to do art in intervals, or just feel very inspired at a short time.
We hope this change is exciting for members!

Drop Rates Adjusted for the Kitchen & Sewing Shop Forages!

The intention for these forages is to (hopefully) craft a Gourmet trait once a month if you just try to do a forage every day.

The rates were not kind to many users, so these rates have been adjusted.

Gathering Nothing has been lowered.

Gathering Love or Magic has been raised.

This means you should be more likely to gain something, and more likely to get one of the rare ingredients needed. With the heightened drops for ingredients, this also means you should be able to convert these into rare ingredients more easily.

Prompts Guide Adjusted

The Prompts Guide has been redone to readjust level requirements and includes examples of art that may be graded differently.

In the past, we were allowing Expert to not require shading. This was a mistake that has not been corrected until now. So please read carefully to understand the changes done for art requirements.

The most notable changes:

• Advanced level art requires shading and sometimes a minor background. (These can be very minimal and abstract)
• Expert level art requires shading and a full background. (Background just needs a foreground and background)
• Expert level art will have their unique Professional level bonuses. These bonuses are: +5 Unique Elements and +Scenic Lighting.

In the past, Expert level art always required multiple unique elements to pass, but shading was just a bonus. This has now essentially been swapped, so shading is always required but you are no longer required to draw unique elements to pass.

We had added the elements as a requirement in the past because we felt many members were rushing prompts with no care of the quality and legibility of their submissions. There is now a statement over the legibility of artwork which means rushed art may be rejected. 

We want lines to be (mostly) neat, and designs appropriately match their intended character or pet.
This was the most fair to members who take the guidelines, quality, and time management seriously when it comes to submitting prompt art.

There are multiple visual examples to showcase what each level requirement looks like to help the understanding.
Every example used was borrowed off of a site-member who has submitted to the on-site gallery. Thank you for your lovely contributions!

Date-Specific Approvals No Longer Allowed

As our mod team continues to fit our volunteer hours into the site, we have found that these requests were very anxiety-inducing when timings did not line up for the appropriate mod.

I have made the decision to no longer allow these requests. I cannot make promises to any timeframes, and do not expect my mod team to be able to do so either. We are all adults with busy lives, and the stress this has visibly shown for the team is not worth it to me.

I do apologize and hope you understand why this decision was made.

Hidden Prompt Details

These are hidden for a reason!
We expect members to appropriately manage their own time to submit prompts in a timely manner to get them approved fast enough to continue the questlines.
Our turnaround time is always roughly 5 days, but to bump after a week. As stated earlier, my team are all adults with other responsibilities who volunteer their time to the site. 

Punishments for Pestering Mods to Check Queues

I'll just start giving strikes out for this. I don't know why I have to repeat this. Please respect my team and their time.
You are not entitled to it.
