2025 Ushers in the Year-Long Starfall Celebration!
Every 25 years, Culario joins together in celebrating the Celestials and their blessings given to all.
Every once in a while, The Great Soosh and the Celestials will bestow gifts to Culario for the respects paid.
There are great talks of many Sooshes developing features that belong to the Mythical Sooshes, and it is believed that these are gifts from the Celestials themselves as a great thanks for the excitement of the festivals in the previous years.
What next?
A new duo from the stars seem to be coming down to greet Culario...

April - May is our Spring Blossom Festival!
Join us for a limited event featuring a questline of prompts, event currency, seasonal items, a new foraging area, and more!
Bunny Hop Day Event
April 4th - May 30th
Our annual egg hunt event is here!
There are 20 different eggs hidden around the site. There are technically two hunts live as each hunt can only have 10 eggs each, but no worries - they all contribute the same prizes!
As usual, we have prizes in each egg and more...
Here are the guidelines for the hunt this year:
- Eggs will only be under NPC Sooshes on the Masterlist - no other Soosh.
- They can be on any portion of the site accessible to members!
Hints are now available for the egg hunt!

Hunt #1
- So much is happening this April, with so many Sooshes making their debut! I'm particularly craving sugar cookies...
- Recently refurbished, this manual will answer questions of "What's a storybook submission?" and "Where is the next egg?".
- Where to begin, where to begin... Perhapes returning to a warm welcome could lead you to this egg?
- Maybe you should craft some friends to help you finish the hunt!
- Last I checked, this egg was safe in a very full nest.
- I wonder if there's an egg hiding among the festive hubbub...
- Feeling a bit stagnant? I'd suggest taking a trip around Culario; I've heard the South is beautiful this time of year!
- Lately my paws have been full from all these pet boxes I've found foraging... maybe I could trade some in AND find an egg at the same time?
- Your egg hunting skills are magical - I'm sure you're more than capable of finding this one!
- If you're not sure how magical your skills really are, I'm sure there's somewhere you can uncover an ability better suited to your egg-locating needs!
Hunt #2
- Is it just me, or is love still in the air?
- Though there are so many different types of prompts, my favorites involve unique festivities or even competitions!
- If you're feeling frustrated, taking a stroll through a nice art gallery may help. I'm loving the mushrooms in this piece...
- I bet we could make a whole galaxy of these types of characters.
- These snacks are so cute, I almost can't eat them. Luckily I don't need to - I plan on trading mine for a prize!
- A patchy collection won't do, you've got to have three whole Carls to earn this reward... if you set your sights on it, maybe you'll discover another egg.
- Don't make me read these again, I don't like rules! >:(
- I don't foresee any Dracosooshes finding this egg; they'll be too distracted by the valuables surrounding it.
- If eggs are what you seek, then you must seek out their hider.
- If you wish you may and you wish you might, you'll find this final egg tonight.
Now that the hints are out, don't forget to get your basket to get a ticket to enter a raffle!

Spring Blossom Festival Raffle Reveal
This is just a reminder that event prompts end a week earlier than the festival itself to give mods ample time to approve before raffles are rolled. Thank you everyone!

This Griffonsoosh by aisu is the grand prize for the Spring Blossom Festival raffle!
1st will take the lovely Soosh home.
2nd place will take home an Antique Birdcage to create their own Griffonsoosh.
3rd place will take home a Spring Seasonal Trait Box to choose their own spring seasonal trait!
Tickets can be bought in the Holiday Shoppe and earned via the Bunny Hop Day Basket. Make sure to open it to be granted your entry!

Soosh of the Month for May
MYO-1015: Triple Decker Eggo Extravaganza

As a reminder, SotM entries are due the second-to-last day of the Month. This is to ensure ample time to approve and raffle the SotM winner and contact them in time to begin the next month with their Soosh of choice.
This month, SotM entries are due on May 30th.

General Announcements
Summer DTE Date
The summer DTE is no longer in June.
Looking at our monthly schedule, the only "empty" month staff had was... March. Beyond that, we had back-to-back events and happenings that made it difficult for the team to catch up and rest as needed between all of the happenings. Not only that, but it made it hard to implement new features as each month was already slam-packed full!
The summer DTE is now a part of the Summer Starlight Festival! Which, in retrospect, just makes sense. The Summer Starlight Festival is focused all on creating art to earn team points, and participating in the DTE will also earn your team some points!

Site Activity
Next month we'll be halfway through the Starfall Celebration! There are plenty of exciting things that I want to implement onto the site... but I'm also going to be going through dental procedures for the summer while I'm off work! This is just a warning that some activity may or may not be slowed or sporadic while I recover.
We have new sales, the conclusion to the mythical questline, and some special stuff coming up. I hope you look forward to it!
Game Night Adjustments
We are changing the awarding system for game nights now that they have been consistent and easy to participate in!
Standard Game Nights are keeping their current rewards.
The Soosh Games are now a choice between 2 Mirror Potions or 1000 Cookies. Since the participation is very passive, and this game is monthly, we decided to readjust its earnings so members don't continously earn massive rewards by simply signing up for a game.
Non-participation in games will forfeit any rewards. This means you cannot sign up for a game and then do nothing during it to earn a reward. You need to actively participate at some point and it does not need to be the whole game - we just want to see you play even if for a few minutes!
We hope everyone understands why these changes were made.
