Out with the old, in with the new!

Throughout the years of Sushi Dogs, a lot has changed within the species since its original creation, but there from the early beginning was our mascot, Onigiri! While he has become a bit of a meme in the discord server and some sort of leader of chaos, he has always been a staple in the community.

As the concept of Sushi Dogs moved away from its original intention, Sushi, many years ago, we thought it would be best to introduce a new character who is more inclusive to what the species has become. So, with that now said, we introduce you to Cookie!

Cookie will be your new guide around Culario and the new face of the website. They are always willing to lend a helping hand to someone who needs some guidance and prides themselves on being friends with pretty much everyone in Culario somehow.

Cookie is unique in that they are very flexible with how they appear around Culario! They tend to adapt to different environments, cultures, and even preferences of who they are around! Their cheeks, bandana, and base color will always be the same, but feel free to get creative with how Cookie would appear for you! Are they a sugar cookie with tons of rainbow sprinkles, a little more crispy with floral patterns, or maybe just smothered in chocolate? Cookie's toppings are totally up to you, and we hope that any of you who don't have a soosh of their own yet can design them to fit your personal preference to be used in prompts and other activities!

And that's not all! Something planned for a while was to give our discord community a mascot of their own! Meet Zero, the robot Sushi Dog! Like Cookie, his appearance can change depending on his circumstances, but this time it's his own emotions! You will most often see him in "Discord" blue/purple!

While we welcome these new faces to our NPC team, we will say a small farewell to Onigiri, but not forever! He will just be traveling around the world and come back to Culario every so often,

Free MYO Event

Open to All Members | Ends Aug 31st

And now perhaps on to the most exciting portion of our news!
We will be hosting an event that allows any member to make one all standard Sushi Dog for free!

Yes, you read that right! From now until Aug 31 @ 11:59 pm you can submit a Sushi Dog design of your very own and if everything looks correct, they will be approved and uploaded! There are a few rules for this event though:

1. Any sooshes created for this event will be LOCKED to your account! This means you can never sell, trade, surrender or gift them.
2. If you wish to no longer have them, the design must be RETIRED as a Sushi Dog.
3. All Sushi Dogs submitted must be standard, regardless of if you have items or not. If you wish to add gourmet traits or bells, you must do so at a later time by updating the design.
4.  By submitting a design via this event, you are agreeing and consenting that you understand the above rules, and will not try to circumvent our rules.
